European Webshop Group provides the services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing or using the site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these terms and conditions. By accessing this site in any way, including, without limitation, browsing this site, using any information, and/or submitting information to European Webshop Group, you agree to and are bound by the terms, conditions, policies, and notices contained on this page.
From time to time we may update this site and these terms and conditions. Your use of this site after we post any changes to these terms constitutes your agreement to those changes. You agree to review these terms periodically to ensure that you are familiar with the most recent version. European Webshop Group may, in its sole discretion, and at any time, discontinue this site or any part thereof, with or without notice, or may prevent your use of this site with or without notice to you. You agree that you do not have any rights in this site and that European Webshop Group will have no liability to you if this site is discontinued or your ability to access the Site or any content you may have posted on the Site is terminated.

Privacy
Please review our privacy policy which forms a part of these terms and conditions and governs your visit to the site, so that you may understand our privacy practices.

Eligibility
To be eligible to purchase goods on this site and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this site you must: (a) be aged 18 or older; and (b) register on the site; and (c) be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.

Prices
All prices indicated for products available via the site are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out on this site.

Order Acceptance & Contract Creation
You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website. Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card. This is not an order acceptance.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you (again via email confirming your items have been dispatched).

We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment, we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions (including our privacy policy) or if we identify a product or pricing error.

Payment
You may pay using any of the methods specified in the payment section. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Acceptance of Goods
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the returns policy. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item (with receipt) in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of receipt for a refund. In case of return you first will have to fulfill the on this site mentioned RMA form and forward said form to us. An instruction on how to use this form has been included. In case you have any questions regarding returns, please contact customer services on 0031-10-8109012 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) or email at [email protected] with your order number and customer service will explain to you how to proceed.

If you choose to return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, delivery charges are not refundable and you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the products, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
Damaged/Faulty or Incorrect Items
If:
1) the product delivered is not what you ordered (including any substitute products), or does not correspond with its description; or
2) the product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality,
European Webshop Group will, at its option, deliver to you a replacement product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the products.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In case of returns of damaged/faulty or incorrect items please print out and complete our Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) form on this website, which contain our return address. Goods must be returned to us in their original condition at our distribution center within 14 business days of delivery. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed, and that you have included within the returned parcel your completed RMA email print out. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

If you have chosen a refund, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned goods provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution center within 14 working days from delivery. You will receive email notification of your refund from our customer service team.

If European Webshop Group issues a refund and you fail to return any products to us where required to do so and/or fail to make them available for collection after receiving notice requiring you to do so, European Webshop Group shall be entitled to compensation from you equal to the sum of the purchase price for the relevant products and the original delivery charges. You authorize European Webshop Group to deduct any such sums from the payment method used by you to make the purchase.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at www.australiangoldshop.nl; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days.
Please Note: We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
